AIM offers a number of services and benefits to our active members:

Executive Directors:

• Access to ExecNet Discussion Board for private discussion and collaboration (no additional cost)
• Access to the Member Directory with contact information for other members (no additional cost)
• Monthly Roundtable calls via Zoom to discuss current events and challenges (no additional cost)
• Certified Medical Board Executive Program (minimal cost for in-person training, can apply for certification for no extra cost)
• Attendance is encouraged, even if you are not planning to apply for the CMBE that year
• Certified Medical Board Investigator Program (minimal cost for in-person training, can attend training but not certify)

Investigators:

• Certified Medical Board Investigator Program (minimal cost for in-person training)
• Access to a private Investigators-only discussion board (no additional cost)
• Access to an Investigators Directory (no additional cost)

Licensing Specialists:

• Certified Medical Board Licensing Specialist Program (minimal cost for in-person training)
• Participants must be nominated by the Executive Director)
• Access to a private Licensing Specialists-only discussion board (no additional cost)
• Access to a Licensing Specialist Directory (no additional cost)

All individuals associated with active member boards:

• Annual Meeting attendance (2 free registrations and reduced cost for additional)
• Traditionally, our Annual Meeting is held immediately preceding the FSMB Annual Meeting
• AIM Foundation funding for special projects, attending AIM educational meetings, and more (no additional cost)
• AIM newsletters (no additional cost)
• Open position information on the AIM Job Postings (no additional cost)

All of the registration fees for each meeting go toward supporting that meeting, primarily hotel/food costs. None of AIM’s events/training programs are intended to make a profit for the organization.
