AIM Refund/Returns Policy

Administrators in Medicine (AIM) membership dues are non-refundable. We have no return policy because returns do not apply to our product and service types. Event registration refunds vary by event, but in general registrations are not refundable but substitutions are encouraged. It is the nature of the website to provide contact information of AIM members and certification holders to other members who have completed the member login process. Administrators in Medicine (AIM) is a membership organization. In order to provide resources to members, and to differentiate between members, AIM collects member information including mail and email address, phone number, username, demographic and professional information, and certain member preferences. Your mail and email address will be used to send you information relating to your AIM membership.
