All Executive Directors and Deputies welcome!

CMBE Certification is not required to attend either day

Hotel Information: We will be holding our meeting at the Hilton Garden Inn Savannah Historic District at 321 West Bay Street. Our hotel room block closed on Oct 16, but we will attempt to add any additional registrants and let you know.

We will begin at 7:30 AM both days and adjourn at 5:00 PM. Breakfast and lunch will be provided both Wednesday and Thursday.

8:15am – 8:45am Welcome to Georgia and brief presentation from the Georgia Composite Medical Board - Jason S. Jones Executive Director of Georgia Composite Medical Board

8:45am – 9:45am Navigating Compact Licensure - Nahale Kalfas, Counsel of State Governments, This session will cover the intricacies of interstate compacts, focusing on joint investigations and the coordination of disciplinary actions across state lines. Gain valuable insights into the legal and procedural frameworks that guide compact collaboration, ensuring effective regulation and public protection in a multi-state context.

10:00am – 12:00pm Sexual Misconduct Investigations and Redirection - Michael Fogel, PsyD, ReDirect Risk to reduce incidents of sexual misconduct through a scientific, trauma-informed, and objective approach.
