"Aiming For the Right Thing" You and your board make decisions that affect people's lives and livelihoods. You as an executive director or administrator also have to make decisions that impact the workings of the board and/or your staff. What's the right thing to do? At this year's AIM Executive Director's Workshop, you'll collaborate with your peers in interactive discussions and problem-solving in the areas of licensing, discipline, board operations and office management. The goal is to help you "AIM" to do the right thing.
